I love my shungite! I keep a small tumbled piece on my desk (where I have my router and computer) and another one under my pillow sometimes. it feels like a subtle filter, it doesn't necessarily give me energy, but it helps quiet the 'noise' and mental fog.
People often say it's one of the best stones for the Root Chakra for that deep, steady grounding feeling. If you're going for it, make sure to check if you're getting Noble or Elite Shungite, bcs those have a higher carbon content and are generally considered the most potent

I started liking crystals last year when my sister gave me a small labradorite. been wondering about shungite since then. Do you feel anything different between the one on your desk and the one under your pillow? how do you know if it’s Noble or Elite does it have a label or just look shinier?
