Rose quartz side effects?

Hey everyone, just joined! Placed rose quartz by my bed for healing, woke up with headaches. Moved it, pain stopped. Anyone else notice this? Thanks for having me.

Glad you’re here @mystic4methyst! Energy sensitivity varies a lot. Have you tried placing it elsewhere in the room or pairing it with a grounding stone?
