Happy Thanksgiving! Turkey tacos sound pretty epic. Ours become breakfast dishes, like turkey hash or omelets? Do you usually stick with classic comfort food, or experiment with new flavors each year?

Well, if you have turkey tacos.. we have turkey quesadillas! I shred them with leftover stuffing on the side. Quick and way better than reheating plain slices!
