Hello there! I've been using rose quartz and clear quartz during the day, but since my move, I can't shake these intense dreams. I'm turning to the group to learn which crystals are best for shielding energy during sleep.

Welcome to the forum! Rose and clear quartz are great daytime companions. For sleep, have you tried black tourmaline or amethyst? What kind of dreams are you experiencing?
