Can citrine attract prosperity?

Hello! I read somewhere that carrying citrine in your wallet can attract prosperity. I tucked a small piece in mine, but I’m wondering if it needs cleansing or charging to ‘work.’ Anyone here tried this and noticed a difference?

It's a solar stone so it will help to charge it in sunlight for about 2-3 hours. make sure to set your clear intentions as well
