Avalonite helps with sleep!!

Who knew Avalonite helps promote sleep? Been so grumpy lately for not having the best sleep and so I decided to see if what they say is real. And yep, magically it did help me sleep!! Got me late for my appointment tho but yeah better sleep, better mood! Thanks to this gem..

Avalonite caught me and my friend off guard too, she saw about and was all in, but I was the skeptical one, like very skeptical but we decided to give it a shot because she really wasn't going to back down, I didn't expect it to actually do anything honestly but yeah, it mellowed me out big time. I'll take being a little late over waking up cranky and wired any day too lol
