Need help with my smelly crystals

Okay, funny but not funny. I bought crystals from someone, and they smell. Not in a good way. Tried cleaning, but the odor sticks! I’m wondering if anyone has tricks for removing smells while keeping the crystals safe?

Oh, I get what you mean! I had a similar issue with a batch of fluorite. Instead of scrubbing, I just kept them in a breathable pouch with herbs like lavender. The odor faded naturally over time, and the pouch made storage easier.

oh, my sister had a smelly crystal sometime ago, and I still teased her about this. just use
Baking soda and rice.
place the crystal in a sealed container lined with a thick layer of rice and cover it with baking soda. the rice will absorb moisture, and the baking soda will neutralize odors
leave it for 24 hours, then dust the crystal off with a makeup brush and throw away the rice and baking soda
