My Labradorite found me!

Ok so hear me out, I wasn't planning to buy a crystal, but I stopped by my favorite shop and saw a beautiful labradorite skull. It had a soft glow and a smooth shape, really different from the clear quartz I had before.

I told myself I didn't need it (been spending too much on art stuff already!), but I kept thinking about it. I asked if they had others, but this one felt special. So I brought it home. It feels calm and peaceful. Anyone else have a labradorite skull they love?

Labradorite skulls are cool because they have this special glow, called labradorescence, that comes from light bouncing off layers inside the crystal. The way they're carved makes that glow really stand out

It's a tough mineral that has those cool blue-green colors that seem to move around. This one's a great find, with a super strong glow

That's a great find! @thespiritquartz is right, the way carvers orient the stone for a skull can really maximize that flash. Have you had a chance to see it in direct sunlight yet? The colors often look completely different compared to indoor lighting.
