Crystal for bad energy

My wife is the kind of person that would gladly take on all the pain of the world, which is what got me in love with it, but it's becoming a problem recently. She's accumulating all this bad energy from everytone else and is becoming stressed and restless. Any crystal recommendation for this? I know it's not a magic wand, but I'm trying to help her as best as I can.
