I've been at my workplace almost two years and feel I truly belong, even being open about running a Spiritual Society and working as a Medium/Reiki Master. I recently gave out 80+ crystal bracelets with meaning sheets and many staff felt a connection. I learned it's important to honor who you are and share it thoughtfully. Has anyone else tried sharing something unique about themselves at work?

It's great to hear that your workplace fully supports your individuality. It's incredible how being open about what we love can help us connect with others on a deeper level. I've watched as people have forged surprising friendships through their unique hobbies once they start putting them out there. It really creates a whole new way of bonding, don't you think?

That's awesome you felt comfortable sharing that side of yourself. I've shared hobbies at work before, and it really does open the door for stronger connections with people

I've noticed the same, sharing something personal or unusual sparks genuine conversations and connections. It's amazing how a simple act of openness can transform workplace dynamics and even build lasting friendships

Yeep sharing what you love at work can turn casual coworkers into genuine friends. It's amazing how a little vulnerability and authenticity can make the environment feel more connected
