Hello friends! I just set up my first crystal grid after reading a guide, but I’m unsure how long to leave it in place. Do you keep grids up for days, weeks, or just during meditation?
Nice work! There’s no strict rule, really. Grids can stay up for weeks if you want them to keep working, or just during a single practice if it’s more symbolic. Do you have a dedicated space where you’re keeping it?
